| Taken off the album "MEME SANG" by BRANDHARD & MAMONEY |
We missed our flight back from Switzerland due to the driver getting his information wrong and getting to the airport when the plane took off rather than the check in time. Anyway, the promoter arranged for myself, Respek BA and Dj Butterfingaz to stay at some of his friend's places for the night and we ended up doing a two hour radio show and an all night recording session. I had lost my voice almost completely but somehow managed to find it in time to record this track. Hope you enjoy the European collabo!!
If you get a chance, check out other material from these guys. Even though I don't understand the language I have to say that they were very efficient with how they approached the whole radio and recording sessions and have a huge catalogue of some incredible productions. Well worth checking out!! |

| Unfortunately RESPEK BA got to the airport too late and couldn't make it to this show. Would have been wicked to have him there. |

| BLADE INTERVIEW NEVER SEEN BEFORE |
| CLICK HERE TO WATCH VIDEO |
This interview was conducted by Sam Seed and was originally recorded to be used in conjuction with the promotional cd that came with the HIP HOP CONNECTION magazine back in February 2006 to coincide with the release of the GUERRILLA TACTICS album. It was never used because we changed our minds and decided to give people more music and videos rather than interview, more value for money. This is the first time thins video is being made public and is still in its unedited stage and there are no plans to complete this.
Also, the interview was conducted before a few things were finalised and you will hear mention of LIFE from PHI-LIFE CYPHER being on the album, which never happened due to lack of time and deadlines having to be met. At that time, we were in talks with MYSTRO and a couple of others which is why their names were not mentioned as it was not confirmed for when we recorded the interview. We had confirmation from LIFE but deadlines made this impossible.
This was all filmed and edited by MEVI
Hope you enjoy watching this!! |

| LYONS, FRANCE, 16TH APRIL 2005 |
It was raining from the second we landed till we got back on UK soil. We didn’t let that spoil it for us or the crowd though. The support was provided by a local group from Lyon
Called “LES GOURMET” who did an excellent job getting the crowd going and warmed up ready for us to step on. The promoter was excellent as was the crowd.
Below you’ll find a short interview with RESPEK-BA conducted by GIO, a journalist from Paris, who myself and MARK B did an interview with four years ago in France. You’ll get to see what BA is about in this short footage, which I’m sure you’ll find entertaining.
You’ll also get a glimpse of BA freestyling with a couple of the local emcees, FRISTO & GIO (not the journalist) and also a guy who used to live in Southampton but has now moved back to France. His name “MANIMAL”. He also got on stage to do a verse on “SOLDIERS” and a little verse after that which brought the house down. DJ MUZZLE was on the decks as ever and did us proud. Anyway, we hope you enjoy the clips and look forward to bring you more in the near future.

THE WATERFRONT, NORWICH, 3RD FEBRUARY 2005
Another snippet, this time captured on somebody's phone. This time I'm doing a little beatboxing. I invited a couple of beatboxers on stage, KANE & SCUDSY, and kind of got carried away myself and went into a litle beatbox mode. I used to beatbox for MC MERLIN in the mid 80's but stopped doing it seriously in 1989 when LYRICAL MANIAC was released and just tried to concentrate on one thing, and only do the beatboxing as a hobby and don't take it seriously as a career move and haven't done since 1990. Out of all the elements of HIP HOP, I'd have to say that beatboxing is still the closest to my heart and it's always nice to see that it didn't die a death but came back with a vengeance, something the adults of back then predicted wrong, but we all already knew that, right? |

This is just a small section of the show caught on camera. Unfortunately things did not go according to plan. We were supposed to be on stage at 10pm but didn't get to go on till almost 1am. When we finally did get to go on, the front of house sound was cut off and the police called in to shut the venue down. A semi riot was incited when we were dealt a final low blow. As we were walking unto the stage, the promoter tells us we will not be getting paid as we are not performing at our contracted allocated time (due to their negligence and amateur runnings throughout the whole night). Enter the mayhem!! |
