Foreign Beggars on stage
a lively crowd awaits the Beggars
This was a FOREIGN BEGGARS showcase and I made a huge effort to get there to show my support. After being let down by the original lift we had planned we were lucky enough to find someone at the last minute and drove like maniacs to make it there in time to see the BEGGARS on stage. We were also treated to DR. SYNTAX, LAZY HABITS, TOMMY B, NATTY & SCHLMO, the beatbox. Also a big shout out to HARD LIVING for making it down to show their support.
The club was packed. Everybody put on a performance for the hungry crowd and I ended up hosting the night to give the regular host , NATTY (DEFCON) a break from the norm. The crowd was hungry for hip hop and they definately got their monies worth. Here's a few photos from th night, but you have to excuse the misty look in some of them, but what can we do when everybody smokes? Much respect to DEFCON for keeping their hip hop night going for 7 years and may they continue to keep it going.
