All the while throughout the depression, he continued to write and record. With a little help from a few friends who expressed believe in him by digging into their pockets to help him out in the dark days, he continued to build on his catalogue of music. Thanks Akim & Nick . You helped me maintain a certain belief that not everybody out there is cold (in the words of Blade ).
Just by pure accident this ended up being released on a US based label called "Bomb Hip Hop Label" . This was also the first time in 8 years that Blade had finally given away a little control to a label, as he had enough of the shadiness that goes on in the industry and just wanted to concentrate on the music rather than the crap that goes with it.
