This track was the reason why the BABY J & BLADE got together and decided to record a complete album. When asked in interviews what his favourite tracks off the GUERRILLA TACTICS album is, Blade replies "it's a toss up between FOUR WALLS & UK HIP HOP. He holds both these tracks in great regard. FOUR WALLS is Blade letting his feelings be known about being trapped by the life that he chose and searching desperately for a way to escape.
UK HIP HOP is a tribute to the rap artists of yesteryear who Blade feels never got the credit and rewards they rightly deserved. He goes through one by one name checking those that paved the way and brought hip hop to the attention of the masses and made it possible for hip hop to be the force that it is today. They might not be rewarded for their input but will definately never be forgotten for the huge talents that they all are.
